Working in recruitment has its challenges, especially in the current economic climate, but what has been getting me thinking recently is the challenges out there for employers, other recruiters and candidates when they’re looking to hire, assist hiring and looking for a new role.
There are many out there, but everything keeps leading me back to what I feel is the most critical part, the recruitment process. Whether you are an employer looking to hire that next superstar, a recruiter looking to help a client/candidate find that new opportunity, or a candidate looking for the next step in your career, the recruitment process is pivotal. It can, and often is, the difference!
Luckily for everyone, BPM Tech #BecausePeopleMatter are here to try and alleviate the problems you have faced as an employer, a recruiter and a candidate. Over the coming weeks we will be releasing a number of blogs to show you how your recruitment process can be the difference, where it could be hindering you and/or where it is helping you stand out.

You need to like them, but you need the candidates to like you, otherwise they will go to the competition or not stay with your organisation for long.
